Basically, a center of excellence uses the best procedures known and has the best outcomes. Centers of excellence are highly prestigious centers that specialize in one specific area of interest. A center of excellence does not simply just spring up, but instead must meet the highest standard of healthcare and development by successfully treating a large number of patients with the same health condition. They are not always covered by every health insurance policy; therefore, you must do a bit of research to find a policy that does.
